A really professional and helpful service. Friendly staff who gave me the confidence that I could be helped. I was given a thorough examination pre-treatment and had a very full explanation of what would be done and why. Excellent service.
I was very pleased with my first visit to finally be given some hope and for the honesty with how far I can be helped. It was also the first time I felt I was really listened to, which was worth its weight in gold.
First visit was calm and reassuring, explanations helpful. Dr. O’Connor and assistants listened to questions and addressed concerns. Have now had two treatments and feel confident with my treatment. Would highly recommend.
